While being in the midst of rural East Texas our area guide brings attention to local featured attraction, community resources in Gallatin, Texas and to the surrounding area of Jacksonville and Rusk.  Our larger area includes north to Tyler and south to Nacogdoches, Lufkin, Texas which residents measure in trip time to around forty five minutes.  Situated within about a two hour drive are near urban centers, triangle our location, east of Dallas, north of Houston and west of Shreveport, Louisiana.

We have provided a tour of our facilities.  Here we expand our coverage to inform visitors and guests to details  and presentations, information that we offer that one might consider in relocation to our area.

As you proceed along our guide you might be surprised of the opportunities that exist that will not be found anywhere else in Texas.

Pictured above Henry Cemetery.  The founder of Gallatin, John W. Chandler, dubbed the town name in honor of his hometown of Gallatin, Tennessee. Today our community respects those before us, we give tribute to their hallowed ground and guide with a whisper in today's world.  Seize the day, or in Latin, carpe diem.
